Yesterday three more states were crossed of the 2024 Primary list: Alaska, Florida and Wyoming.
In ALASKA the only result which impacts my fundraising page was in HD-040, where Democrat Robyn Burke came in first. Unfortunately, it turns out I can't add her to the ActBlue page because she uses a different online fundraising platform. If & when she sets up an ActBlue account I can add her to the page, but until then I've had to remove HD-040. That leaves 9 state legislative candidates along with the state Democratic party.
In FLORIDA there's a similar situation with several Democratic primary winners who I couldn't add due to them not utilizing ActBlue as their online fundraising platform. However, there are still 25 state House nominees listed, along with the state party and the abortion rights ballot proposal committee (Yes on 4 / Floridians Protecting Freedom).
Finally, in WYOMING, nothing had to be changed since all 4 of the Democratic candidates I already had listed were running uncontested in their primaries.
This leaves just 5 states to hold their 2024 primaries:
- Massachusetts: Sept. 3rd
- Delaware: Sept. 10th
- New Hampshire: Sept. 10th
- Rhode Island: Sept. 10th
- Louisiana: Nov. 5th (yes, the same day as the general election)
MA, DE & RI are all deep blue states, and LA held their legislative elections in 2023 anyway (their 2024 primary is for federal & municipal races, none of which are on any of my pages), so it's really just New Hampshire which is relevant for my purposes.
